Payment Model
All our Plans are based on one-time payments for the selected duration (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or Forever). Subscriptions do not automatically renew. At the end of your paid term, your listing's enhanced features will expire, and your listing will revert to a standard listing unless you manually purchase a new Plan. You will never be charged automatically for a renewal.
Payment
All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee
Our refund policy is dependent on the plan purchased:
- Yearly and Forever Plans: These plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your Yearly or Forever plan purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date. - Weekly and Monthly Plans: All purchases for Weekly and Monthly plans are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for these plans for any reason.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Site to create a collection or database without our written permission (scraping).
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use of the Site.
- Attempting to impersonate another user or person.
- Using any information obtained from the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
